Off with the Cam Cover taking care to catch any oil still in the Cam Chest.
I didn't drain the Engine Oil, t'was new'ish Synth!!! Keeping that in there....Dump the stuff in the basin though.
I used a 'Jims' Tensioner Tool, what I didn't bargain for was the size of the Spanner or Socket needed for it!!!!!...1¼.
Not as bad as I thought.
Mark the outside of the Chain, ya wanna put it back on in the same rotation/direction.
Install the Primary Chain locking tool and remove Chain, Primary Cam Sprocket, Crank Sprocket and Bolts all in one go....
Remove the Chain Guide.....
And after removing the Cam support Plate Bolts, pry/ease the Plate & Cams out....
Bag'n'Tag the Support Plate Bolts......KEEP THEM SEPERATE!!!
Mark the Secondary Chain like the Primary and for the same reason.....
